Thanks to Mike McGarty for giving me the opportunity to recondition this interesting historical clarinet.
I suspect this may be one of the earlier hard rubber Albert system clarinets, perhaps made by Couesnon. They list them in hard rubber in the 1890 catalog. This has a medium bore.
I did not do a thorough intonation analysis on this. I don't think anyone else is going to find one! This plays quite well in tune at modern pitch. The barrel would not accept my normal mouthpiece. I didn't get the bore dimensions.
