This Evette bass clarinet is made of hard rubber, and is pretty decent.
The Evette logo is not marked to have any association with Buffet Crampon, as many usually are. This may be from the time when Evette was still a stand-alone company. Another possibility is that Buffet had at this point taken Evette over completely, and utilized the Evette name as a model designation.
I believe this bass is a Malerne stencil due to a variety of reasons.
1. The style of the finger pads
2. The shape of the trill keys
3. The shape of the "Made in France" logo.
Malerne seems to stenciled quite a few alto and bass clarinets for a variety of companies.
This instrument was pretty decent quality, as expected from Malerne products.
